Happy Mothers Day!!!!!

First of all I hope everyone had a Rockin Mothers Day!!

I know I haven't been the best company lately, but I have turned the corner! Pinky swear!!!

You know it is really bad when you friends call you to invite you to dinner because your blog entries are pathetic! Thanks AJ :) It is just what we needed!

So, yes my bad attitude is GONE! GO ME!

It put up a good fight, but in the end good always wins out over evil!

Earlier last week Tom asked me to drop off the kids at the store with some cash-apparently they called and asked how they were going to buy me a gift. Tom told them he already ordered this lens for me but Hannah insisted she needed to BUY me a gift from her.

Our day started really early yesterday and Hannah was anxious to give me the gift she made at school. It was a burp lap embroidered flower, and a card she wrote that said something like

My mom is my mom because she married my dad. The boss of my house is my mom because it is her house. My mom is a good mom because she likes to snuggle.

Then they gave me the gift they bought at the store. In the bag was a rose, and a bottle of body splash with glitter in it. I knew the glittered body splash was Hannah's idea. Kasey told me he had to talk her out of the glittered nail polish set since I don't actually wear nail polish LOL

Then we went and did service to someone dear to me who needed help. So yes, on Mothers Day I did manual labor LOL But it was for a good cause and she really needed the help.

We then drove to my mom's to give her the porch swing we gave her. She loved it :)

I didn't take a single photo!!!! So my oral account is going to have to make do!

This week...pack because I leave Friday to see my husband!!!!!!!

We enjoyed dinner as much as you did! It's hard to go wrong with carbs, cream, and bacon... add in the chocolate and ice cream and there is a recipe for a good mood. Glad you are looking up- and looking forward to your weekend with Tom (insert trashy music here).
