No real title.

We are down to 3 days until Tom (and Jakey for that matter) gets home!

THREE DAYS!!!!!!

This weekend was another busy one. I went south again on Saturday to take maternity images for Linda's sister who is pregnant with TRIPLETS! She has been trying (off and on) for the better part of 17 years to have a baby and now she is being blessed by three. How awesome is that?

Linda and her DD Maddy followed me home because apparently I sounded pathetic when I listed everything I needed/wanted to have done before Tom got home. Lin took pity on me and now I am sittin' in a VERY clean house. Not that it was filthy but it was in need of a good scrub down and I really wanted it to be CLEAN when Tom returns. Linda is a cleaning/organizing machine!!! She kept me motivated and on task. She made me make a list of the things I wanted to get done and she kept me to the list! Thank you Lin, I owe you BIG TIME!!

My family could really use good thoughts. Let me tell you a little back story. I have a baby brother and he is 18 months younger than I am. He lives in Jacksonville, FL and 6 months ago he was diagnosed with testicular cancer. He had surgery to remove the tumor and was told they got everything. He had follow up testing every month for the first 3 months and then every 3 months after that. Recently he had his first 3 month scan (6 months post surgery)and they found another tumor. This time it is on his lymphnode and tomorrow he will get his biopsy results. He knows for sure he will have to have chemo but the biopspy results will determine how long and how much and how aggresive this cancer is. I talked with him on Saturday and understandably his mind flickers between upbeat and positive and "Omg I am 32 and I have cancer for the 2nd time".  I told him that yes, he was 32 but he was was going to BEAT cancer for the 2nd time. So, please keep Andy in your thoughts tomorrow and send him some good vibes he could realllllly use them. Thanks!
